Don’t Walk By (DWB) is an essential part of Carillion’s commitment to creating a culture of awareness and openness in which people have the confidence to identify and challenge unsafe acts and raise issues relating to health, sustainability, safety and quality across our sites. The system aims to encourage people to raise concerns, suggest improvements and comment on best practice to make our places of work better for all.

The Don’t Walk By App can be downloaded and used to instantly submit DWBs and upload pictures by anyone visiting or working at a Carillion site. All DWBs submitted via the App appear on the on-line system and can be dealt with immediately by the Carillion team managing the site.
